Yuri is an experienced management consultant specialising in optimisation solutions. He has over a decade of professional experience providing strategic advisory and implementation delivery services to some of the largest corporations across APAC, Europe, Middle East, and North America. Yuri's core background is in workforce management (including rostering, scheduling, and mobility), advanced planning and scheduling, supply chain/logistics, as well as business transformation and change management.
Having spent the majority of his career working with consulting companies and optimisation technology vendors, Yuri has held a number of roles such as management consultant, business analyst, and project / program manager. Over the years, Yuri has used his technical knowledge, business acumen, and management experience to bridge the gap between complex technical concepts, business requirements, and management objectives. This skill helped him successfully align the expectations of various stakeholders across his customers' organisations and deliver positive outcomes to the business. He has also successfully used these skills to manage large project delivery teams consisting of both business and technical resources.
Yuri strongly believes that the right combination of people, process, and systems is needed to achieve a competitive advantage. In his experience, often an organisation only focuses on one or two of these key topics in their business operations, and thus never achieve the required long term benefits. Throughout his career, Yuri has been able to use his problem solving skills and strategic outlook to help executives formulate an appropriate holistic strategy to encompass all three of these key items and attain real business value from their optimisation solutions.
Yuri holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology (Melbourne, Australia), and a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia).
